Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear, transparent cancellation terms for all Jungle Junction bookings.

Room & Accommodation

Safari Permits
Safari permits booked through the Uttarakhand Forest Department are non-refundable once confirmed, as per Forest Department policy. Jungle Junction will make every effort to reschedule permits if you provide at least 7 days' notice.
Stay + Safari Packages
Package cancellations follow the room cancellation policy applied to the total package value. Safari permit components within packages are non-refundable as noted above.
Weddings, Events & Corporate
- 60+ days before event: Full refund of event deposit minus ₹2,000 admin fee
- 30–59 days: 50% of deposit refunded
- Less than 30 days: No refund on event deposit
Force Majeure
In cases of government-mandated closures, natural disasters or national emergencies, Jungle Junction will reschedule bookings at no charge or issue a full credit note valid for 12 months. Cash refunds in force majeure cases are at Jungle Junction's discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 3–5 banking days to reflect in your account.
How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to reservation@junglejunction.in with your booking reference. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
